How RAM Mobile Works
Getting started with RAM Mobile is simple. The application is free to download from either the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded, users can run the RAM Mobile Installation report in their RAM R4 instance, scan the QR code, and be up and running in no time. RAM Mobile provides 100% validated access to the same records, rights, scopes, and settings as the desktop version, but in a convenient mobile format.
When working offline, users can simply press and hold on a record to download it to their local device. Once back online, the app automatically syncs all updates without any user intervention, ensuring that no data is lost and compliance standards are met.
RAM Mobile is included with your current concurrent licenses at no additional cost. However, if demand exceeds available licenses, named mobile licenses can be purchased to ensure continuous access for your team.
